The Legislative Assembly Elections in Bihar are edging closer with that, the politicians and political minister have started their war of words and it is getting derogatory at times.

Bihar Elections are the talking point in the nation especially when we talk about politics. As Bihar Elections are closing the dates thus leading to verbal tussle between party leaders. Contenders are making lucrative materialistic announcements to gets the votes whereas some are still targeting caste and religion to win the masses.

Bihar Election is mainly a battle between PM Modi’s party BJP and Bihar alliance comprising of Bihar’s CM Nitish Kumar’s JDU, Lalu’s RJD and Congress. All the parties are conducting rallies in the state to impress the voters with their alluring promises.PM Narendra Modi and Congress President, Sonia Gandhi were among star campaigners recently.

Amit Shah’s statement leads to Lalu Prasad Yadav’s retaliation

BJP President referred to RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav as ‘Chara Chor’  for his involvement in Chara Scam (Fodder Scam) to which Lalu Prasad aggressively retaliated by referring Amit Shah as ‘Narbhakshi’ (Man Eater) and Lalu’s wife Rabri Devi also criticised Amit Shah.

Pappu Yadav is a contender who promised to provide Television sets to poor people so that they can be entertained and he said People will entertained by TV not Biwi (Wife). Sushil Modi who is president of Bihar BJP breached election commission’s rule and announced to give Scooty, Cycle to people if he wins.

The Elections in Bihar are turning to be more of an advertisement and a reality show with such words and offers. Leaders need to understand that they should work for people and state’s development which will automatically turn into votes.
