Bihar would see the second phase of Bihar Legislative Assembly elections 2015 on October 16 for 32 seats in the State with BJP and Bihar Alliance eyeing to take the lead in the race to Bihar’s Throne.

The second round of voting would take place in Bihar for 32 seats of Bihar Legislative Assembly which includes vital seats from the district of Gaya, Kaimur, Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Arwal and Rohtas. The first phase of voting was a huge success with 57% of Bihar citizens turning out for the voting procedure.
The second phase of elections would be vital for this 243 seater assembly. The Elections are termed as the fight between Nitish Kumar and Narendra Modi with Lalu Prasad supporting Nitish to form government. The elections would be conducted in 5 phases and the result will be out on November 8, 2015.

Party leaders have been promoting their agenda in the election campaigns in Bihar and campaign for 2nd round of elections ended today. Nitish Kumar has collaborated with Lalu Prasad Yadav and Congress to win the Bihar Contest while BJP is trying to cash Narendra Modi’s popularity as the Prime Minister. Nitish Kumar has served as Bihar CM for 10 years now and his work has been appreciated in the state.
