This weekend football enthusiasts witnessed some thrilling football in European leagues where clubs like Arsenal, Manchester City, and Bayern Munich emerged as winners hands down while Real and Atletico played a draw in Madrid.

English Premier League Matches Report

EPL 2015-16 witnessed one of the biggest upsets as Arsenal haunted Manchester United 3-0 with 2 goals from Alex Sanchez and one from Mesut Ozil. Arsenal defeated Man United after 17 years with all the goals coming in first 20 minutes of the game.

Bundesliga champions and German superpower Bayern Munich easily defeated arch rivals Borussia Dortmund by 5-1 with 2 goals from Tomas Muller and of course 2 from recent goal machine Robert Lewandowski who scored his 12th goal in 4 matches. Mario Goetz scored the last goal to end the most anticipated match of Bundesliga,5-1.

La Liga 2015-16: Atletico Madrid plays draw with Real Madrid

Real Madrid were held back after taking lead in first half by Atletico as the game ended at 1-1 with goals from Benzema (Real) and Luciano Veitto (Atletico). Earlier Sevilla had defeated La Liga champions FC Barcelona who are playing without the superstar Messi.
