The latest bond flick, Spectre is shining at the Indian Box Office with the collections of 15.42 Crore in its first two days, it also includes paid preview which generated 2.2 Crore for James Bond Spectre in India.
James Bond Spectre: Indian Box Office Collections
Daniel Craig starrer James Bond Spectre is enjoying some thrilling time at the Indian Box Office. Spectre which shattered many records worldwide with the collections of more than $ 500 Millions, has also done extremely well in India with total box office collections for initial two days of 15.42 Crore which also includes Thursday’s paid preview.
Spectre is James Bond 24th instalment of the Bond Series and Daniel Craig is supposedly doing his last Bond character. Daniel began his Bond 007 journey with Casino Royale followed by Quantum of Solace and Skyfall. Spectre is the 4th instalment of Bond Series which stars Daniel Craig as iconic detective and probably the last of the franchise for Craig.
James Bond Spectre: Another Hollywood Blockbuster
2015 has been a tremendous year for Hollywood flicks in India with films like Furious 7, Jurassic World and Avengers- Age of Ultron making it big at Indian Box Office. James Bond Spectre seems to follow the league with its initial collections though it may not cross 100 Crore marks like Jurassic World and Furious 7 but it will definitely be a profitable venture for its maker.
Spectre Box Office Collection in India began on Thursday as paid preview earned Rs 2.2 Crore followed by Friday release which generated 6.2 Crore for Spectre. Saturday saw a good jump with collections of 7.02 Crore and hence combined collections of Rs 15.42 Crore. Sunday is expected to get another 8 Crore for latest Bond flick in India.
James Bond Spectre may not enter 100 Crore club as it has received mixed response from the viewers but it has every chance to beat the collections of previous Bond release, Skyfall in India. Skyfall collected Rs 45 Crore in India.
Spectre has also dented Salman Khan’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’s collections as PRDP saw huge drop in collections in its second weekend. PRDP collected Rs 12 Crore Approx in its second weekend (Friday and Saturday).
