It’s that time when every year different educational board use to declare results for the board exams conducted for class 10th and 12th. Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan has not yet released any official confirmation about the exact date and time for the declaration of Kerala SSLC result 2017, but according to some media reports, it is expected that the board is about to declare the exam results on May 4 or anytime after it.
A total of 4,55,906 regular students and 2,588 private students participated in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations and for which the board prepared around 2933 examination centers. Last year about 4.74 lakh students participated in the SSLC exams, which shows a decrease in participant figures this year.
Board exams commenced on March 8 this year and concluded on March 31, which was earlier scheduled to finish on March 27, but due to the question paper leak reports board cancelled the exam and rescheduled it on March 27.
The academic year for class 11th will begin after the declaration of Kerala 10th class results 2017. This year the board has dumped the traditional way to grant admissions to students into Plus one and DHSE has opted to award grades to the students on a 9 point scale as outstanding, excellent, very good, good, above average, average, marginal need improvement.
Kerala SSLC Result 2017 date
The exact date for the declaration of Kerala SSLC 2017 result hasn’t been notified by Pareeksha Bhavan yet. But the media reports seems to be quite promising this time and as per media reports, the tentative date for the Kerala class 10 result 2017 is May 4.
Also, after Pareeksha Bhavan declares the SSLC Results 2017 Kerala, the board will conduct the supplementary exams for those students who failed to score the passing marks in some subjects under the Save a Year (SAY) program to help such students to save their year and get admissions into plus one.
The process of admission into +1 will be held via single window system popularly known as HSCAP, by DHSE, Government of Kerala.
Board will declare the results of SAY exams in the month of June. Also, the board will notify about the SAY exam registrations and schedule once they declare the Kerala SSLC Results 2017.
+2 scores are expected to come out in the mid of May, however, it is pretty sure that the board will declare the SSLC results before May 10, which can be considered as maximum time that the board may take, as delaying more than that will affect the entire academic year.
